These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MORENT car rental platform. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle you must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license for at least one year, and have a valid payment method.

2. Booking & payment

All bookings are processed upon full authorization of your payment method. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation & changes

You may cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Later changes or cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Pickup & return

A valid driver's license and payment card must be presented at pickup. Vehicles must be returned on time and in the same condition. Fuel and mileage policies are detailed on your rental agreement.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your rental is limited to the amount paid for the rental.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
